My husband called and made appointment. 1pm, we called to follow up and check on their ETA and the lady who was with Kevin said that they should be at our place in half an hour. They didn’t get to our place until 4pm, 2 1/2 hours LATE! Very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I asked how long it will take them to finish and Kevin said 20-30 mins, and as expected that didn’t happen. We have to leave them by themselves and hope they will make up and do a good job.
