So since my last review there was a change in management and the mechanics left too. I took my truck in because the front end was loose and making a clunking sound. I figured it was finally time to replace the ball joints. One of the newer mechanics checked it out, said it needed a new wheel bearing. I've never heard a wheel bearing make that kind of noise. Long story short, I tracked down their old head mechanic and it turned out to be ball joints.
