The fact that you cannot contact the actual office and it takes days to get a response is ridiculous. It is really not that hard to pick up a phone and answer a question. why every company needs to hire a call agency is beyond me.
I wouldn't ever seek care for my child or myself here. The staff is so unprofessional and rude. They don't care about anything, but a paycheck. I'm absolutely 💯 horrified for the clients they do have.
