Incredibly unprofessional location. The door from the lobby is wide open and has direct view into the shared room where they have multiple patients doing vitals and urine samples at the same time. During eye to eye contact from Lobby guests to vitals chair, they will ask all of the same very personal questions that were just asked on the lobby intake forms. Eye to eye from Lobby to patient chair, and often after coming out from urine samples there will be 4-5 other people in the room (staff+patients) that weren’t there before. Received a “Final notice” collection letter in the mail for a $25 co pay from almost a year ago. I called because I have the text message receipt showing proof of payment. The staff let me know they fixed it and they made a mistake. Glad I stopped going to this place last year.
They are really nice and helpful ladies ! The drs are good there listen and explain everything
