Showed up 30 minutes early and now it been 2hrs after the appointment time and we are still sitting here without being seen... wife's been in a room by herself for over an hour now!. After we already sat around for an hour in the waiting room...ridiculous

Incredibly unprofessional location. The door from the lobby is wide open and has direct view into the shared room where they have multiple patients doing vitals and urine samples at the same time. During eye to eye contact from Lobby guests to vitals chair, they will ask all of the same very personal questions that were just asked on the lobby intake forms. Incredibly unprofessional location. The door from the lobby is wide open and has direct view into the shared room where they have multiple patients doing vitals (blood pressure) and urine samples at the same time. Eye to eye from Lobby to patient chair, and often after coming out from urine samples there will be 4-5 other people in the room (staff+patients) that weren’t there before.
