Total scam. I'm getting harassing phone calls from this place and I'm being threatened with a delinquent bill for things I didn't order
Awful business. They send you thousands of dollars of supplies without placing an order or they say you have reward points and then charge you for the items. They won't pay for return shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!
We received an unsolicited phone call regarding Inland Empire sending our business a catalog. After agreeing to the catalog, the rep says he has just been to a trade show and found these drill bits that will literally drill through anything. He offers to send those with hand soap and a pair of gloves, he insist that we try them out. If we find them as fabulous as he did, we drop a check in the mail for $300. SCAM , STAY AWAY!! NO STARS
Zero Star! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! BIG SCAM! BELIEVE ME...HARD LESSON LEARNED. I called trying to return something we didn't want/asked for and somebody even hung up the phone on me. Talk about customer service!
This place is a sham. Try to pass off junk as high quality merchandise. As they are in California, I would say the only thing high was them.
You will get a couple of hundred bucks worth of stuff for 600 bucks. You have to pay for ship it back 26lbs.sales person keep calling,try to screw you again.when you try to tell him it's not worth what they charge for it, he give you attitude, and hang up the phone on you.
I give them no stars. This place is a scam from the moment they call you and ask if you want to try out the drill bits they offer. You have to pay the shipping back to them and return all of the complimentary items with the drill bits. The the original price started out at 489.00 then they tried to jack it up to 517.00 ... I would never do business with these f**** anymore...
