IEHP used to be a great health insurance company. Now, forget about it. I had a "doctor" about 2 years ago who neglected me admitted to it in other words and IEHP did nothing even with the "doctors" confession. I was also treated bad by Katlin the one of the so called care managers. Over time she did not want to talk to me. Why call yourself a care manager if you don't even want to care and talk to me, like what is the point? Every time my daughter books a ride they 2 or 3 hours late or they don't even show up right now it's 97°and we're outside waiting we scheduled to pick up before we came to the facility now we still waiting this is unacceptable

I've had IEHP Covered California individual plan since 3 years now and it's amazing and the staff are very friendly, kind, and helpful all the time. Service and coverage is always great with IEHP.
