UPDATE: IEHP is garbage. This should be Zero Stars. This agency does not care about the people they are supposed to serve. Management believes that they are accountable to no one. They just eliminated a type of funding for customers who participate in a program with another agency, WITHOUT INFORMING THE CUSTOMERS. They left it to the program's staff to do that, which is not their responsibility, because the program did not provide the funding.
