They are carrying their understanding they are there to do their job as the people we need them to be when we are down our luck when we have nothing we have nobody they will be there to answer the phone and I appreciate the help these people they are not the shit but they are the reason why 12 people's invented staying out there means that they are very much a necessity in life all these people I feel the services they do in the work they put out for it thank you so much

The staff is always friendly and shows a genuine interest in assisting in helping address and resolving my needs and concerns.
YOU WILL SUFFER .Terrible services, I spent almost one full month waiting on just one prior auth to be done correctly and they never got it right. They rename things to try to confuse you like they say ECM ECM ECM But don't say what ECM is , it's literally enhanced care management but it's just an undereducated social worker. I spent 2 hours Explaining myself for the lady to just say an ableist comment. Absolutely sickening to see what they are tricking ppl with. Apparently some of they're agents feel it's professional to sound like a automotive voice messaging system, voice. It's absolutely horrible especially when you're needing to already get through the system and finally reach and talk to a human. It's bad enough most of the gals have the worst fake phone voice but, this?! Really?!
