I could give zero starts if it was possible. I had a horrible experience with the “office manager” and “Laura” the receptionist on my first visit. Laura was extremely rude and unprofessional. No greeting just condescending questions about my insurance. Laura had no clue on how to check my benefits and then the office manager intervened and began to patronize me with questions about my insurance and referral. Doctor Clara Olcott has really good bedside manners. I never felt rushed. She explains everything very well. She did a phenomenal surgery and I recovered quickly. The office is easy to reach and is responsive.
Dr Poopat is awesome. He cares about his patients and is very skilled. I drive over an hr to see him. Very much worth it. Also the staff are very helpful and have a great positive attitude. I would highly recommend this office.
Place was clean and the staff was very nice.
