Great service and care done on my truck but, dealing with the younger service desk ladies is like dealing with a cold, dismissive, calculating, avoidance specialist. They just want your money, shut up and don’t ask questions and just blink your eyes at how pretty they are. Thats it. Plus if you get quoted - double the time. They seem to always take twice as long. Luckily still charge to the quoted time but my truck is always there for twice as long. Quote time is a lie.
Tayler at Inland Auto in Dawson Creek was very helpful in finding me my new vehicle. The process with each member was smooth and everyone was so nice and friendly. Highly recommend!
What is with the trash attitude from the girl in service?! I bought a used Hyundai Santa Fe for $30,000!! In December 2024… the engine light came on with in 1month then every 2 weeks…then the sales lady quit and I have been left to deal with random service people who just have trash attitudes and should not be in the service department! Got my vehicle in quickly and parts came quick. Only a week for a camshaft replacement. Thought that was a good time frame. Service desk were friendly happy to help.
