I HAD COUNTERTOPS INSTALLED BY INLAND COUNTERTOPS... I HAD A DEFECT IN THE SIDE SEAM, AND I HAVE REPORTED IT SEV3ERAL TIMES. THE MANAGER HAS REFUSED TO ANSWER OR RETURN MY CALLS .. SHE ORIGINALLY SAID SHE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT " AFTER THE HOLIDAYS". AND THAT WAS FOUR MONTHS AGO DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, AND THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR PRODUCT AND REFUSE TO ANSWER REQUESTS TO REPAIR PRODUCT IF THERE IS A DEFECT.
This is our 3rd project with Inland Countertops and our favorite so far!! My family has called on Inland for 3 different projects and our latest project is stunning!! The state of the art CNC equipment Inland Countertops uses for their projects insures perfect results. Our latest project used 4 different stone colors, along with 2 different stone textures. I was recently assigned to this company to install brand new quartz countertops I purchased from Home Depot. Their Plumber came out this morning to hook everything back up and finish the job. (Plumber is AMAZING J&T plumbing) Found out that when my old countertops and sink were removed, they took the basket and connector pieces for my garbage disposal with them.
