First 2 projects went well but slow. This time is costing us money! It's been over a month and still no contract, just excuses! I've been a licensed contractor for over 15 years and have never dealt with this level of unprofessional nonsense! I know how to use a tap measure and 32sqft is now 38 sqft. They can't email me my contract because I already used it? Huh? This is Home Depots go to counter top installer? I can't even talk to anyone with Home depot! I tried but it just rings a rings... Top notch fabrication! They have the machinery and tools as well as the crew to deliver an outstanding product! Whether that's Quartz, Quartzite or Granite. High end proffesionalsm!
Worst company ever. I had countertops ordered, inland countertops cane out and measured. The measurements were wrong and the counters did not sit as intended (overhang). I stopped installation. The company refused to take responsibility saying "well if your cabinets were standard this would have been avoided." The company is refusing to take rectify the problem.
They did a good job with our install. Bryce handled the initial consult and the installers were quick and did a great job. Would use them again, thanks!
Recently had a quartz countertop installed in our kitchen. The team was very professional and had a high attention to detail. They made sure everything was perfect. Very skilled installers.
