Worst service team I’ve experienced in quite some time. #1 My partner brought the car in alone for a simple check engine light she was told that the car was unable to drive the car home. She was told there was nothing they could do for her. Leaving her outside the building with 2 car seats while about to lock up for night. We leave 1.5 hrs away. #2 told that I had to get all my services records together which was normal. But I was missing 1 that had a 12,000km difference between oil changes.
