My 2018 Chevy Volt was experiencing the "shift to park" issue. Made an appointment online and dropped off my car the next morning. Shelby wrote up the order right of away with no waiting at all. Shelby communicated with me throughout the day and informed me the part needed to be order. The part was delivered the next day and car was completed. It was an easy process to make the appointment. Rigo in service made getting my vehicle serviced very easy. The communication was excellent, which made the whole transaction stress-free.

My truck was in to replace one of my cameras under warranty. Ryan my service advisor took care of me the whole way through from check in, to a ride home and text and call when it was ready. Everything was excellent!!!
Drop the truck off spoke to Shelby he got it going he text me 3 hrs later saying it was done and if I needed I ride back to dealer which I did he set it up . Went to dealer had paper work ready to go in and out in no time great job.
