Tim Morgan, how about a little help? There is 3 hours of my life I’ll never get back. At least the service advisors were nice, but why would the appointment center make so many appointments if they can’t keep on time? I waited for 3 hours for them to not even start my vehicle. I had to ask for it back, unserviced. There was several other customers waiting for 3 hours as well. I always have a good time at Tim Moran, the staff is awesome and easy to talk to.
My experience was great. My Service Writer Ryan gave me a call saying he was at new dealership and understood that it was out of my way to see him but still offered his services. I took the leap of faith and drove out of my way to see Ryan in service. And I mean his customer service was great before but now he seems like a new guy! Ryan is a great guy with excellent customer service and I’ll definitely be back. Thank you Ryan, and thank you Tim Moran Chevrolet for bringing Ryan to you guys.
