Very nice customer service
Knowledgeable and kind staff. Very nice hangout spot on a Friday night. The regulars are chatty and the staff are great at introducing new people. If you have social anxiety and wanna meet some upstanding people, I highly recommend this spot. It’s tiny enough that everyone is on a first name basis but you’ll always enjoy your stay here.
Finally, a shop that actually knows what they're selling. I've been to plenty of "wellness" stores around the Inland Northwest that carry kratom and kava as an afterthought dusty bags on a bottom shelf next to gas station sunglasses. Inland Botanicals is the opposite of that. The selection here is genuinely impressive. Quality kratom, kava, extracts, mushroom beverages and they rotate in new stuff regularly. Ive been ordering Kratom from Inland for a few years now. I live out of state and even with the distance, Gina the owner is very hands on and always provides exceptional customer service. Any questions or concerns she gets back to me within the hour.
Awesome service and great products! I will say I find it odd how people are blaming the product, instead of the user like we would for anything else. Someone mentioned that kratom attaches to the same receptors as opiates, but failed to mention how you cannot have respiratory depression with this like you can with oxy and fentanyl. Please read stories on how this product can also change people's lives for the better. ❤️ I have 3 herniated discs and a failed back surgery and kratom gives me back my life.
