He didn’t just hand me the keys and send me on my way. He took the time to walk me through the differences between each machine, explained how to operate them, and actually listened when I described my project. Walked in to see a bobcat, was confronted by Art, “where do you live” ? So strange to ask this as soon as we walk in! So we tell him and then he asks us why we are there. So we tell him we were just at kuboto and now here to see the competition. Then he says” we are more expensive”. Just like that, that was his sales pitch.
