Walked in to see a bobcat, was confronted by Art, “where do you live” ? So strange to ask this as soon as we walk in! So we tell him and then he asks us why we are there. So we tell him we were just at kuboto and now here to see the competition. Then he says” we are more expensive”. Just like that, that was his sales pitch. Horrible customer service don't waste waste your time with Ron Romero hes a Manager that doesn't know how to treat there customers, and his co- worker caleb Gonzalez has the same disrespectful attitude, thankful Mario from service department helped me , even though this wasnt his department
