Slow and Inefficient Service at Byline Bank I had a frustrating experience at Byline Bank recently. The teller took an excessively long time to count my cash deposit because they were doing it manually, bill by bill. It was surprising to see that they weren't using a cash counting machine, which would have significantly sped up the process. The slow service wasted my time and left a bad impression. This bank is so behind on technology. The app is horrible and they still don’t have the ability to print debit cards like every other bank. If your card gets turned off for fraud plan on waiting 3 weeks for a new card… Huntington in the jewel has been printing cards for 10 yrs and they have a kiosk in jewel but this big bank lack any modern technology. Invest in some infrastructure!
