Giving this place a 0 stars Kim was nice to set up appointments. But she was not that the office a male would answer and his rude!! Bad customer service Misdiagnosed my moms heater and replace a part thinking that would make the heater work but I didn’t my mom had to pay twice the visit and a part that she didn’t need because the part didn’t make the difference still heater not working after 2 hours of the part being replaced! Never buying from there again and not recommending no one there BAD PLACE!!!
Have only been there a couple times. I had them replace the glass on the door to my wood stove. Owner was nice and charged me less than he quoted me.
