I placed an order Aug 2024. They didn't ship my whole order. After several unanswered emails, I reached out to our company's HR department. They were able to contact them. I finally got the rest of my order, almost a YEAR later. I received a windbreaker that costs almost $100 and they left the backing of the patch still sewn to the jacket. A huge square! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

I ordered a fleece over a month ago!! Still haven’t received it!! This company won’t return emails!! They took my money and won’t deliver my product

Really bad service and very disorganized. Ordered customized tumblers for customer gifts. After a few weeks of convo back and forth about engraving and finally approving design, I was told that they were out of stock on the original mug color and had to wait for them to come back into stock.. When we got the order, the individual boxes weren't labeled so we had to take off the clear wrap and open each box of 60+ cups to see what company was engraved on it.
