This is such a useless company. There is a leak from my AC unit which should be covered under warranty but these people don't bother to pikc up the phone. I called them multiple times and sent emails but there was no response after months. I went in-person but the office was closed as well. It's terrible, rather no customer service. They just install the HVAC and then forget about it as soon as they get paid. This company is not worth doing business with! I wonder who the owner is for this place. Pathetic!!
Purchased AC unit from them in summer 2020. Warranty per invoice states 10 year parts and 5 year labour warranty. Called them in June 2024 (within the warranty period) for service as the AC stopped working. Initially was advised they only provide 1 year warranties. Advised them of the warranty terms per my invoice and was told to send them a copy. Admin calls back and advised I would need to pay $169/hour for maintenance service and which they subcontract out as it is their slow season (at the start of summer???) so they do ... read more

Overall I appreciate the follow up that Inkster Heating & Cooling did. It would just be nice that if they can't show up on a given day that they said they would they could at least notify us that they can't make it
Very responsive. Assessed and completed the repair in no time. Amazing staff.
