Michael gave a fair quote for mobile home demo and proper removal. Also added things that needed to be done that I didn’t think of. The physical work was highly efficient. However, potential customers must be warned: his contract contains a strongly one-sided clause that makes the property owner responsible for any and all court costs and attorney’s fees in any dispute. I would not sign it again knowing what I know now. Please READ the fine print carefully.
Mike was extremely professional and easy to work with. The demolition went smoothly and the end result looks great! I will definitely recommend him to anyone needing his type of services in the future.

We would like to say a big Thank you to Mike for a job well done. We are very pleased and defininatly would recomend him to do the job. We had a swimming pool that needed to be removed and the yard put back to its origial state and that is exactly what Mike did. The price was very fair for the amount of work that he done.
