I had a really disappointing experience at Inkestry. The piercer was rude, condescending, and dismissive, making me feel belittled for asking questions or taking care of my ears properly. He even commented on my confidence in a way that was unnecessary and stressful. The front desk staff were kind and friendly, but the piercer’s attitude completely overshadowed that. I came to Inkestry for a jewelry swap for my nose piercing. The piercer’s work was swift, and professional. The female receptionist was very kind, informative and I enjoyed her company very much. However, I did not appreciate the way the piercer interacted with my boyfriend and I. I believe he should work on his customer service skills with his patrons.
