I had a really disappointing experience at Inkestry. The piercer was rude, condescending, and dismissive, making me feel belittled for asking questions or taking care of my ears properly. He even commented on my confidence in a way that was unnecessary and stressful. The front desk staff were kind and friendly, but the piercer’s attitude completely overshadowed that. I came to Inkestry for a jewelry swap for my nose piercing. The piercer’s work was swift, and professional. The female receptionist was very kind, informative and I enjoyed her company very much. However, I did not appreciate the way the piercer interacted with my boyfriend and I. I believe he should work on his customer service skills with his patrons. Shannon is the best tattoo artist I've ever met.He helped me fix bad tattoos and made me feel proud of taking off my shirt again.

5/5 stars for this shop. Justin did great work and I trusted his design. Staff was extremely friendly even though I was a walk in. They were able to draw up a design and get started within the next day. Artists are great at keeping a comfortable environment with tv and music. each space is private which helps with keeping a non anxiety vibe while getting tattooed, very one on one experience. This is for sure my main tattoo shop from here on out.
