I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend Megan Jeter or Lana Sims (Her Broker with All City Real Estate). I was the recent purchaser of one of her listings in Conroe, TX. They failed to secure the property before the closing period adequately for their sellers and delivered to me (buyer) a home with a seized compressor and horribly failed HVAC unit.
