I've had several pieces embroidered through inkdroppers that I supplied myself and they all came out great. Andrew and crew do a really great job on pieces at an extremely fair price. It's important to note that this is a solely owned small shop, so the hours and responses may vary because the owners are human and it's mainly a one-man operation, and they may not have samples on-hand to show you (but they do supply a product catalogue).
