A wonderful experience for our family. The reception staff are amazing to deal with, and their team of therapists is second to none.
This place has been a great help for my kid, they've always been friendly and supportive.
Terrible practice. Run like a circus.Do not go here it is a waste of time. The manager/director is rude and condescending. Doesn't believe the psychologists who Sub-Contract through her are competent! Cancelled my booking at the last miniute due to this. Not knowing anything about our children's situations or needs. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Also staff fail to get child details correct more than once. Do not recommend.
We had our daughter come through here and were left no better than when we started and for almost $2000. We were told our daughter 'most likely' had ADHD and ODD but then nothing for just three sessions. There was no link to a psychiatrist or paediatrician! If you are looking for medication and longer term solutions I do not reccomend this clinic. I've been attending Inkblot for three years now, and Kyleigh and her team are truly exceptional. The warm and friendly atmosphere makes it such a welcoming space. I have the utmost respect and appreciation for Kyleigh—her expertise and guidance have been invaluable, not just for me but for my whole family.
