Great customer service - staff very helpfull and honest. Have had several items designed and crafted plus valuations done - very happy. Would recommend.
Surprised my wife with a vintage 1980’s Japanese Seiko for Christmas. Needed to get the band resized to fit her wrist. Took it in here as my online research led me to believe they were good with watch work and had a number of qualified watch workers. Gave exact measurement of wrist diameter required to the front desk lady (who was lovely) and watch worker named Ross. My wife and I went to Leon Baker to order a ring that she designed mid July for her birthday. We were quoted circa $1300 and told it would take around 6 weeks. We paid a deposit of $300. A week after her birthday I called the store to enquire the status as I hadn't heard from them. I was contacted the following day and told it hadn't been started and couldn"t be made for the price quoted. if I still wanted the ring it would be over $2,300. I trusted Leon Baker jewellers with an emerald ring to be resized and altered. They did an amazing job despite all the set backs they had through no fault of their own.
