Came to Inka’s because it was one of the restaurants eligible for the Amex Platinum Resy credit, and I also wanted to check out the vibe. We came around 7 with reservations and were seated right away. The restaurant has beautiful, modern decor, and we sat at a table for four with plenty of space. Highly, highly, highly recommend! The food here was amazing. A great fusion of Latin and Japanese culture. I thoroughly enjoy every bite of food I had. The atmosphere was elegant and modern. The service staff were friendly, professional, and prompt. I cannot wait to come back and visit this restaurant. The menu is so diverse and offer great options. Please give this place a try and enjoy authentic Peruvian cuisine!

This is a very nice restaurant with excellent service. We enjoyed our ceviche and the raw tuna dish very much. Sadly, the chicken entrée was a bit dry. We dined right at 4 pm on a Wednesday. I know when a freshly cooked piece of chicken is placed in front of me. This one was from Tuesday night’s dinner. I eat leftover chicken all the time at home and it is perfectly fine and delicious but I don’t want it in a restaurant. I would definitely go again, but probably won’t be in Syracuse again.
