I've came 3 times and they were closed. Came during business hours. I called I texted nothing. Each time I came I took time away from work to come here. I understand things happen in life but a simple sign and voicemail update letting us know would be helpful of when someone will be in.

Bailey was amazing! My business prints A LOT. I needed help with a certain toner (with a chip) and she got me squared away the same day when other companies informed me that they couldn't help until the end of the week. She definitely pulled some strings to make sure I was taken care of!
