Rude, overpriced, and pushy sales. Very unprofessional attitude. After simply requesting a quote that we passed on, Kevin proceeded to haggle and threaten. We decided to go with Precision Roller for our business needs after our experiences with Kevin. Do not waste your time or money here!
Google maps is wrong/ out of date. Dark & closed. Door is locked and it and front windows are covered with brown paper. Don’t waist your gas and time like I did. After an angry reply from the owner about the above saying my review was incorrect/inappropriate since the business just moved but didn’t close. As a faculty member of ASU WP Cary biz school my reaction is “If this was my business I would have made every effort to keep/make a new customer by putting a short and friendly message on the door saying come visit us at ou... read more

Kevin goes above and beyond to make sure you get what you need. He tries to keep the costs down as best he can and is always on the lookout for the best deal for you. GREAT customer service, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I got 4 brother ink cartridges for $62 - and I was angry because that's a ridiculous price for something like printer ink. Upon further inspection it is a tiny bit cheaper than Walmart. And it is not the same gamble as getting them online (for half the price, with risks). I put them in the printer and the color cartridges didn't work. I called and the owner told me my print heads were probably clogged. I finally found the option to clean them (couldn't find that menu item for years, Good luck today), and after 5 cleaning cyc... read more
