Prompt shipping, good prices. I just had a defective toner cartridge, customer service was VERY helpful and they replaced it at no charge.

I purchased the incorrect ink cartridges by mistake. Not their fault, but mine. They replaced them and helped me find what I needed. Customer service was excellent! She was local, and I could understand what she was saying. Great prices, great people, if you're wondering who to buy your printer cartridges from - buy from these guys!
