Don't you just hate it when a printer you haven't used for a while ends up coming up needing a ink cartridge? Well that happened to me and I thought back I bought ink from ink technologies in Dayton. I came from Dayton now living in Fort Worth Texas and my Epson MF printer scanner copier fax machine needed a black toner cartridge and pretty much all the other colors too I haven't used it in a while I printed out a nozzle check found out it needed all the ink that I could. I purchased the incorrect ink cartridges by mistake. Not their fault, but mine. They replaced them and helped me find what I needed. Customer service was excellent! She was local, and I could understand what she was saying. Great prices, great people, if you're wondering who to buy your printer cartridges from - buy from these guys!
I spent almost $100 on 1 toner cartridge and selected the 1 based on the website recommendation for my printer and when it arrived it didnt fit. I reached out to customer service and they said they couldnt do anything for me since its openned even though I purchased what their website recommended. Terrible customer service. I will never order from them again.
I ordered my laser cartridge on Friday and was thrilled when it came the next day. I've ordered them from this vendor for a few years. I had a slight problem once and they rectified it immediately.
