We sat outside on the bench in the mall waiting for over 40 mins. for the shop to open, there was no signs of being closed for the day or anything
got pierced here on july 24th had to take out both of my snake bites in only 10 days. 1 they were pierced unevenly 2 she hit a vein causing half of my face to swell up. i tried to go in store to ask them for help and i was told it was “normal”. i really want a refund because ive had these same piercings before and never had this issue days after getting peirced aswell i texted my piercer to get longer bars put in because they only put in short ones. i never got a response. everyone here is highly unprofessional. would not re... read more

Ash was incredibly sweet and reassuring throughout the entire process! She made me feel so comfortable every step of the way, and the nose piercing barely hurt at all. She’s amazing!
