RecommendedI’ve been working with Scott at Ink Spot for almost 20 years, across my various businesses. For me it has been priceless to build a personal relationship with a local printer. My husband and I get ink cartridges refilled at Ink Spot Printing 1982 for about half the cost of new ones. Last week we dropped off about a dozen cartridges and will pick them up this week on our next trip through the area. The refilled ink cartridges always work when we get them home. The man in the shop is friendly and courteous. Thank you Ink Spot Printing 1982.

I had business cards printed there and they were absolutely HORRIBLE. When I called to discuss the owner went off on me about not liking that he was given a rush order and got it done in the timeframe asked (he was also offered an extra $100 to do said rush job and accepted) and then we complain. I had to have a male coworker go to the shop and get him to reprint our business cards. Absolutely NEVER again will I ever use this company and I will NEVER recommend them for ANYTHING. He was so ungodly rude it was amazing.
Awful customer service. Called to see if they create personal signature stampers. Gentlemen that answerd was rude and not helpful. when i asked the lead time he said what did ya expect! Definitely do not recommend.
