What a great place to do business! The price is right, they're courteous and friendly and stand behind their merchandise. If there's ever a problem, they will go out of their way to fix it and their customer service is outstanding!
I like The Ink Spot because when I go in there I am greeted with a smile and good service. I like the fact that I can contribute in recycling by bringing in my old ink cartridge and get one that has been refilled. I am givin the guarentee that if the refilled one does not work that The Ink Spot will give me another one in its place. I recommend The Ink Spot to anyone I talk to about ink.
