Epson printer wasn't recognizing any of the ink cartridges. Stefan cleaned the printer and performed all of the testing and it appeared that we might have had a motherboard issue which would probably have costed more than the printer was worth. Before we had to make that decision, however, he had another printer in his store and he decided to swap out the cartridges and the error codes disappeared. Stefan was very helpful and accommodating, and the team provided great service figuring out what was wrong with our printer! Next time I have printer issues (hopefully a in a long time!) I'll be back. Just to note-- the location at Wadsworth is not current as of posting this in March of 2021, they are in the process of moving offices, so call before you stop in for this location.

Stefan was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date on any problems with my printer and let me know how much repairs may cost. If I ever have a problem with my printer in the future, I am bringing it back here.
