Sorry to say....they don't have control of their credit card processing. I had what I felt was a serious issue and called Customer Service. I was dismissed with the phrase " It was a computer glitch". I called the Accounting Dept....they took my complaint and didn't even bother to respond after promising they would get to "the bottom of the problem".You are taking a big chance with your financial security by giving them credit card information. Beware.
