i love living here! The service and apartments are amazing There staff is wonderful and fast as well.
I watched this place be built and dreamed of living here. Now I do live here and I couldn't be happier. It's one thing to have all the amenities and luxuries you only imagined but it's a very different perk that we have in the staffing that manages this property and its siblings, Gem & Viv. Kelly, Rebecca, and Cynthia create a tremendous team together and I feel grateful for their care. EDIT: The response below implies this is the first time these issues have been shared, they are not. Previously when attempting to bring this up management either: 1. Thanked me for my feedback (as below) 2. Never addressed the concerns 3. Didn't respond I am a former resident of this property, and a current resident of one of its sister properties, Viv. These properties were previously under different management, Ink is the best made of the properties and under previous management would be a 3-4 star experience. Overpriced,... read more
I know a family member who lives at the Gem. It’s a nice place to visit and is always very clean and quiet. I would definitely consider renting here if I lived in the Richmond area.
