Best piercing shop I’ve been to and I’ve been to a few the staff is so understanding and accommodating to circumstances I’ve gotten most of my piercings work done here and they all healed wonderfully not an issue in sight 10/10 would recommend

I visited Chicago a month ago and was recommended Ink and Iron for piercings, but unfortunately I ended up not getting pieced at all. The studio was dirty, and the head piercer made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed in the shop.
Been waiting over 6 min for a damn industrial piercing replacement I timed the damn wait on my phone and still no service
Poor quality shop and management. The place is not sanitary and I witnessed the owner straight up harassing some of his employees. I would give this place zero stars if I could.
