So unprofessional and rude!!! I arrived at the wrong location and missed one appointment after realising the clinic had changed locations. Despite this being an honest mistake, I was then blocked from booking again. I apologised and asked the receptionist to rebook. She advised me there was no bookings available at the time. I checked online and their was several bookings free I questioned this in a email and was told I repeatedly cancel appointments. This was not the case at all.
