Doctor Rachel has a gift. She can look at a person and already have a pretty good idea of what is behind their pain by just the way they walk or stand. Then she lets me be involved in my treatment plan, (and treats me like I have at least a couple of brain cells to rub together!). She brought me out of a dark place caused by chronic pain, and back into my life!
Dr Rachel is the best! Don't know what I would do with out her! She is the best!!
Can’t give them a 0 but the did me dirty for about 8 years. Raskas and Zhu don’t take the time to understand the issues. Just keep injecting and injecting. The root cause was paddle lead placement was wrong all these years!! Had it removed by a professional and he was shocked that it slipped right out. These surgeries take 2 plus hours to remove stimulators with a paddle. From start to finish aka in recovery notes put in was under an hour! Absolutely unheard of!! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!
