I had a very disappointing experience with Peter Nguyen at Injury Management Organization. While I came in expecting professional support and understanding, I was met with an unprofessional attitude that made me feel uncomfortable and dismissed. Communication was poor, and instead of feeling helped, I felt judged and unsupported.
