Seems I'm having the same issues as everyone else. I'm a nurse, I'm VERY familiar with prior auths, out of pockets, co-pays, etc. I work in Phoenix and was trying to schedule an MRI in or next to the hospital where I work so I wouldn't have to take time off... just have done on a lunch break. Injury imaging called me to schedule. I wasn't interested since they were in Mesa. They said they called my insurance and there would be no out of pocket. "It's covered at 100%." As a cash pay patient, this was the best experience I've had at an imaging center. I was able to get an appointment within a few days. The intake was quick and on time. Staff is professional and very friendly. And, it was incredibly affordable! My deductables are so high that the few procedures I need are better out of pocket.

Received a bill statement date 2/1/2023 for service on 8/16/2021. Said my insurance didn't cover the additional amount. They accepted my $50 copay a year and a half ago and now they are saying they can collect up to $250 per insurance. Would not recommend.

Find somewhere else to go they said I was in network and 3 months later I got a bill in the mail I tried talking to them and I was told by several Dr that there imaging quality is very poor
