Consultant had little knowledge of my request, I provided the model of the ecu's, he did not do any research before answering. He became abrupt and read lines directly from their website to answer questions when he did not know the specifics. He did not ask any clarification of what exactly was required and only presumed it was a modified vehicle, when it was simply a replacement genuine ecu from a used vehicle that needed cloning to my vehicle. This review is for services rendered many years ago, so is not necessarily reflective of the current business. That being said, what Injectronics did for me at that time was a true blessing, and I'm still grateful to this day. I recently did an exchange RAV4 ecm due to a gearbox shifting issues . I found the service helpful and fast turnaround within 1 day . It wasn’t a cheap experience but the car drives like new . Happy customer Thanks injectronics
As an automotive repairer ive used these guys four times in the last 18 months through two prominent spare parts suppliers and every time the quoted price has almost doubled. Be careful with quotes to customers based on there estimates. You could easily make a loss. Terrible and inaccurate quotes.
I would not recommend this company ever. Quoted $1995 to repair my TCU. I bought one for half that on eBay, plus the programming done for free if I send my old unit to them. I was then charged $450 for the inspection and freight to return it. I was happy to pay for their time, but $400 to connect it to a PC and come up with a faulty diagnosis? It would have taken them 20 minutes tops. Very poor value for money. Plus they don't deal with the public, you can only use their services through a third party like Repco for example.... read more
