Recently had to send in my PCM for Injectronics to diagnose a very random and erratic issue. Whilst they couldn't fault my PCM, given the info I had provided to them, they offered a remanufactured PCM if I was sure that my original one was faulty. I took the offer, and the re-manned unit fixed my issue! If they did not offer the re-manned PCM, I don't want to think how much time and money I would have spent trying to diagnose the issue. took three weeks and multiple phone calls speaking to different staff, each telling me a different story... one saying it had been checked and they found an issue its in for repair then the next day saying its next in line ands they havent checked it yet, then back to its been checked and they cant find anything wrong with it, only for them to tell me they couldnt even do anything with it, then charging me for them doing absolutely nothing but waste my time. (JEEP JK TIPM MODULE)
Highly recommended, had an obscure vehicle ecu with an intermittent fault, Fully checked and repaired in 48 hours,
Consultant had little knowledge of my request, I provided the model of the ecu's, he did not do any research before answering. He became abrupt and read lines directly from their website to answer questions when he did not know the specifics. He did not ask any clarification of what exactly was required and only presumed it was a modified vehicle, when it was simply a replacement genuine ecu from a used vehicle that needed cloning to my vehicle. This review is for services rendered many years ago, so is not necessarily reflective of the current business. That being said, what Injectronics did for me at that time was a true blessing, and I'm still grateful to this day. Long story short, our car was having issues with the transmission (Toyota Avensis Verso) and heavy online research led me to believe the issue was ECU related, not transmission.
