So not sure why rating isn’t higher I had an AFM for my Cressida not just fixed up but virtually manufactured Testing found unit was faulty and the calibration out of range. The tech has re-flowed the PCB and replaced the capacitors, what we call a complete reconditioning. He then re-calibrated based on the vehicle spec (gained from provided VIN). All tested well after on the bench. Delivered back to me within 48 hours So guys 10/10 service another AFM is incoming

Recently had to send in my PCM for Injectronics to diagnose a very random and erratic issue. Whilst they couldn't fault my PCM, given the info I had provided to them, they offered a remanufactured PCM if I was sure that my original one was faulty. I took the offer, and the re-manned unit fixed my issue! If they did not offer the re-manned PCM, I don't want to think how much time and money I would have spent trying to diagnose the issue. took three weeks and multiple phone calls speaking to different staff, each telling me a different story... one saying it had been checked and they found an issue its in for repair then the next day saying its next in line ands they havent checked it yet, then back to its been checked and they cant find anything wrong with it, only for them to tell me they couldnt even do anything with it, then charging me for them doing absolutely nothing but waste my time. (JEEP JK TIPM MODULE)

Captiva ABS module comms fault - states on website they can fix. Contacted them said they can fix - sent in module to be told they can’t fix that fault - charged $400+ dollars as they would not release the module back otherwise. Did not respond to emails querying this - highly unethical practice, I couldn’t imagine running a business this way.
