Consultant had little knowledge of my request, I provided the model of the ecu's, he did not do any research before answering. He became abrupt and read lines directly from their website to answer questions when he did not know the specifics. He did not ask any clarification of what exactly was required and only presumed it was a modified vehicle, when it was simply a replacement genuine ecu from a used vehicle that needed cloning to my vehicle. This review is for services rendered many years ago, so is not necessarily reflective of the current business. That being said, what Injectronics did for me at that time was a true blessing, and I'm still grateful to this day. Long story short, our car was having issues with the transmission (Toyota Avensis Verso) and heavy online research led me to believe the issue was ECU related, not transmission. I recently did an exchange RAV4 ecm due to a gearbox shifting issues . I found the service helpful and fast turnaround within 1 day . It wasn’t a cheap experience but the car drives like new . Happy customer Thanks injectronics
