Scam, they stole my money. I prepaid for a treatment in sydney cbd and they closed without refund
Have been a loyal client for years now find out they have closed and owe me thousands in credit!
Awful experience. The first time was great. Beautiful receptionist and reasonable results. The second time, no results. I took time to check in with them and was told to make an appointment. They then told me that there is a 2 week period to get a top up. The practice manager is rude, deliberately misleading and had me in tears. Hideous
