I had my nails done with Bob today, and he did amazing as always! The design and full set was more complicated, but he still got it done within an hour. His service is so nice, and I would highly recommend it!
I had been going to Bob for acrylic fill and polish. He does do very good work. What I did not like is that twice when I was scheduled to see him, he had Anna do my nails instead. She is new and I feel she is still learning and I had to ask her to redo this and that. When I schedule with a specific person I expect that person to do my nails. Since this happened twice, I will not go back there. I can't count on seeing Bob and I don't want to pay someone who does a mediocre job.
I had a truly terrible experience here with the hairstylist named Emma. I've been coloring my own hair for over five years, but I decided to see a professional to help me transition back to my natural color before my wedding. My hair was already a very light level 10 blonde, with about an inch of root growth.
