I had been going to Bob for acrylic fill and polish. He does do very good work. What I did not like is that twice when I was scheduled to see him, he had Anna do my nails instead. She is new and I feel she is still learning and I had to ask her to redo this and that. When I schedule with a specific person I expect that person to do my nails. Since this happened twice, I will not go back there. I can't count on seeing Bob and I don't want to pay someone who does a mediocre job.

I've been coloring my own hair for over five years, but I decided to see a professional to help me transition back to my natural color before my wedding. I ALWAYS leave with a smile! The stylists are magicians with hair. Bob never disappoints with his pedicures, manicures/dipping powder or acrylics.
