I purchased a set (Trio) a little over a year ago and a few months ago the handles broke..I made several attempts to call, email and finally sent a IM on the page to see about possibly replacement or repair. After almost a month I finally got half assed response..bottom line they have a 90-day return policy..out of that time window and shit out of luck! So i spent all that money for crap customer service and product?!..NEVER AGAIN! And yes my friends who attended my party will be told about this as well.
