I was looking to have some patches sewn on but was informed by the gal at the front desk Dolores (what a doll) they did embroidery work there. Before I could be disappointed she handed me her business card (I assume) with the name Oggi's Alterations and the address on the back. Asked me if I knew how to get to Westport Rd. I said yes ma'am and was on my way. What great experience, now I'm just tryna find something I need embroidered so I can go back.
I wish I could give 1000 stars! Truly the best! I had 3 hats that I needed embroidered and other embroidery shops were rude and didn’t give me the time of day due to being a small project. I luckily stumbled upon Initially Yours Inc who was super responsive, so so friendly and was able to help me! They were able to digitize my design and make the hats and it only took like 3 days!! One of my favorite places to go, the colors in the computerized embroidery reminds me of my mother's store as a child, but on a much larger wonderful scale! :)
