First time visiting this salon. Made the trip out from Pitt Meadows to see Aya and was not disappointed. Hair needed a serious cut and I wanted a grey blend. Aya did not disappoint. Everything exceeded my expectations!! Love my new hair!
I booked an appointment with Aya for cut/ colour and she did such an amazing job. She did such a thorough consultation and keeps checking in throughout the appointment to make sure I’m ok with the length and colour. She has a very welcoming personality, I would recommend her!
Mako is a very skilled and detailed hairstylist. Before he started, he showed me the style he wanted to cut to make sure I was happy with it. His technique is excellent and he really listens. I highly recommend him!
Showed up to straighten my hair after growing it out for 5 months. I sent the picture of a model with straight hair and even said to the stylist, “i am so sick and tired of curly hair, i am so happy to straighten it today.” Stylist curled my hair even more. Now I have a broccoli hair that I didnt even want and my 5 months growth, chopped. Worst is yet to come. When i confront about it, stylist says miscommunication and blames 50/50 and charges me 70$ for the cut. I pay and still tip because i felt bad for hardworking stylist... read more
