Be very careful if you rent Houston Street Ballroom, the event venue run by Initial Events. They FAILED to return our $825 deposit. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. We were very pleased with the job Zach and his team did at my daughter's reception in May. However, our $825 security deposit was to be returned within 30 days. 4 months later, I still don't have it and the vendor will not communicate with me.
