Dr. Franklin has made a very positive impact in my life and well-being, Its my first and best experience getting help like this. Months in, I am a happier, healthier and more calm person. She meets that need and sticks with you.
She was very superficial and minimized my feelings and experience. She directed me to YouTube and supplements but offered very little in session. She lost track of scheduled appointments and then after I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate a Friday afternoon standing appointment (at her suggestion) she stopped seeing clients on Fridays.
Susan helped me through a very difficult time in my life. I felt at ease talking with her from the moment I walked into her office. Thanks Susan, I may call upon your services again. You're a great listener and advisor.
