I have been a contractor for IHP for over a year and I can say I am extremely happy with them. They are a growing company and adapting well to the changes Covid has caused in our healthcare system. IHP compensates me well for my work, they are competitive in their pay. They have made sure all of my expenses are taken care of so I have no out of pocket for food, travel and hotels, including parking and transportation. IHP has been a breath of fresh air in an otherwise chaotic profession. I have been working for IHP for a year and a half. I began as a clinician and am currently a lead clinician. This team really goes above and beyond, to provide the best care possible.
This company is the absolute worst, not to mention unprepared and chaotic. The way I’ve seen them treat their employees. Ruthless. In front of customers and in front of whomever. They have no shame. They make scenes at events, are unprepared. Management & training seem to be just as unkept as their image. I will never go to another event where this company is present or where this company works.
