Receptionist was rude. I had to go to this place twice. After waiting over 20 min, she came with the neck brace only stating " take off your sweater" in a very irritated way. I would never allow someone with that attitude to touch me. If you don't like to your job, quit! Don't take your misery out on the world. Never again will I go to this place.
The receptionist with dark hair and a do rash in her hair is the rudest one I have had to deal with yet. She openly calls the manager "big biggy". The manager can't or wont correct this disrespectful behavoir. The manager doesn't deserve this.
I went with a pair of crutches to get a knee scooter and they stood there and watched me struggle. Getting out the door and getting the knee scooter out to the car and not a single person chose to help me. Ridiculous service wouldn't go there again. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
InHome Oxygen charged my insurance company $140.66 for an arm sling that costs $9.99, and resulted in me owing $78.91.
Careful. This company will bill you for things you did not get and then when you refuse to pay they send you to collections for it.
