Lady at the front desk is so freaking rude. I will never come back to this supply place again. Being that I'm pregnant she is very nasty and her customer service is very nasty. She needs to be replaced with someone nicer. That place just lost my business from now on.
I went there today to get a walker for my mother I gave the lady the prescription order she explained me that insurance won’t pay for the tires the brakes or the seat and that I have to pay 75 dollars out of pocket and I told her that the other place that I went to before covers it but they didn’t have the smaller version and she told me well you go back to that place I was shook by the way she answered me and every time I asked her a question she would close her eyes like she was annoyed very rude and unprofessional if you ... read more

This company doesn't care about anything but money. They denied me oxygen that I desperately need all over a outstanding bill for 100$ from back in 2014. So there you have it they suck!!!!!!!
