My Aunts journey with this health provider has been nothing but problematic. Issues after issues and no resloution. Its taken 3 years for my Aunt to be assessed by there OT for a recliner .. And still no recliner .. The monthly statements are always incorrect and we never receive a transparent answer .. The managers are arrogant and rude .. Not the respect and compassion an 87 year old elderly woman deserved. Thankfully we have moved on to a far more organised and professional organisation.
Just want to say how helpful, friendly and efficient Serena is, managing mum's package. She recently met with us and made me aware of a number of things we could access for mum which I believed were not available. She also pointed how having the Cabcharge card could be a backup for us. She is very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you.
